Denzel Isaiah Patton, 18, Little Falls, has been charged in Morrison County District Court with felony first degree aggravated robbery.
The charge stems from a Dec. 28, 2016 incident, when Patton allegedly attacked a man he was in a van with and stole his wallet.
After the alleged robbery, the victim left the van and called the police.
When an officer met with the victim, he noted the victim had blood on his face and looked like he had been hit on the right side of the face, the criminal complaint said.
Police were unable to locate suspects that evening, but later considered Patton the primary suspect.
The victim allegedly identified Patton in a police lineup as the man who attacked him and stole his wallet.
If convicted, Patton faces up to 25 years in prison and/or a $35,000 fine.
