The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:
Gross Misdemeanors
•Cassandra Lynne Dahl, 23, Maple Grove; (offense: 3/9/15) financial transaction card fraud, fined $448, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for one year.
•Kaci Lee Rosekrans, 24, Fort Ripley; (offense: 1/14/15) fourth degree assault of a peace officer, fined $135, sentenced to 60 days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Rosekrans was one gross misdemeanor count of fourth degree assault of a peace officer.
Misdemeanors
•Kurtis Dean Doherty, 21, Little Falls; (offense: 2/16/15) fifth degree assault, fined $385, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for one year.
•Jose Luis Avalos Valencia, 35, Sauk Centre; (5/15/15) DWI, fined $560, supervised probation for two years.
•Ryan Richard Deters, 38, Little Falls; (1/16/15) and (3/19/15) violate domestic abuse, no contact order, fined $185, sentenced to 17 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.
