Arielle Rose Siordia, 26, Little Falls, was charged Aug. 20 with one felony count of fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine.

According to the criminal complaint, on Aug. 18, the Morrison County SWAT team executed a search warrant at a residence in Scandia Valley Township.

In the process of locating a marijuana growing operation, officers found Siordia in the residence, as well as a purse containing a glass pipe which field-tested positive for methamphetamine and plastic scale and other drug paraphernalia. Also inside the purse were credit cards in Siordia’s name.

Siordia allegedly gave a statement admitting that the purse and its contents were hers and that she had used methamphetamine at the residence within the last few days.

She was also allegedly aware of the marijuana growing operation at the residence, had been staying there for several months and knew that marijuana was being sold there.

If convicted, Siordia faces up to five years in prison and/or $10,000 in fines.
