Chaz Anthony Youngblood, 20, Little Falls was charged Sept. 16 in Morrison County District Court with a felony fifth degree controlled substance possession charge and a misdemeanor charge for driving after his license was revoked.
On Sept. 14, a Morrison County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the Pierz area.
When the deputy stopped the suspicious vehicle and identified the driver as Youngblood, he allegedly noticed marijuana all over the inside of the vehicle.
According to the criminal complaint, marijuana was on the dashboard, the floormats, the center console and the seats.
The deputy proceeded to have Youngblood get out of the vehicle and searched the car.
In the rear compartment of the vehicle, the deputy found over 100 grams of what the criminal complaint says was marijuana, along with baggies and a digital scale.
Youngblood was then taken to the Morrison County Jail where he allegedly acknowledged the marijuana was his.
If convicted of the felony charge, Youngblood faces up to five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.
