Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Shane Thomas Kunze, 46, Little Falls — In connection with a May 16 incident, Kunze has been charged with two counts of second degree DWI.
• Shawn Kenneth Czech, 40, Flensburg — In connection with a May 14 incident, Czech has been charged with two counts of DWI.
• Daniel Jason Johnson, 35, Burtrum — In connection with a March 19 incident, Johnson has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI.
• David Carl Johnson, 35, Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 28, 2015, incident, Johnson has been charged with one count of theft – value more than $500 but less than $1,000.
• Kelive LeMore Oatis, 37, Minneapolis — In connection with an April 17 incident, Oatis has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI and one misdemeanor count of giving a peace a officer false name/birth date/ID card.
• William Lee Suszka, 56, Little Falls — In connection with a March 25 incident, Suszka has been charged with two third degree DWIs.
• Taylor Anthony Drager, 21, Swanville — In connection with March 3 incident, Drager has been charged with one count of criminal vehicular operation – bodily harm – leave scene of collision and one count of traffic collision – driver fail to stop – injury or death and one count of traffic – careless driving.
• Jack Charles Havrilak, 52, Randall — In connection with May 18 incident, Havrilak has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety.
• Carmelo Marcial Ramierz, 27, Royalton — In connection with a Feb. 19 incident, Ramirez has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI and driving without a valid driver’s license.
If found guilty, they could face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance date.
