Ryan Richard Krueger, 35, Little Falls, was convicted Dec. 30, 2015, in Morrison County District Court of one felony count of fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine.
According to the criminal complaint, on Oct. 21, 2015, law enforcement received a report of a man trying to break into a person’s garage in Little Falls.
An officer arrived at the scene and located a man at the residence.
As the officer pulled up in his squad car and shined a spotlight on the man, he observed the man lift his arms up and over a fence and drop something from his hand.
The officer made contact with the man, identified as Krueger, who appeared to be very intoxicated. The officer check the area where Krueger was standing and found the item Krueger had dropped over the fence, a glass pipe with burned residue inside.
The pipe field tested positive for methamphetamine.
Krueger was sentenced to 12 months in prison, stayed for two years, two years probation and 180 days in jail. He was also fined $135.
