Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
•David Joshua-John Skotte, 24, Minneapolis — In connection with a Jan. 3 incident, Skotte has been charged with one count of giving a peace officer a false name.
•Irina Lynn Vickstrom, 21, Pierz — In connection with an Aug. 22, 2015, incident, Vickstrom has been charged with two counts of third degree DWI and one count of open bottle.
•Aristotle Wladyslaw Piwowar, 34, Rice — In connection with a Nov. 4, 2015, incident, Piwowar has been charged with one count of theft.
•Stanley Allen Keith, 65, Little Falls — In connection with a Nov. 5, 2015, incident, Keith has been charged two counts of second degree DWI.
•Loni Nan Erickson, 22, Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 30 incident, Erickson has been charged with one count of fourth degree assault and one count of fifth degree assault and one count of damage to property.
•Kevin Michael Desmet-Groseclose, 28, Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 30, 2015, incident, Desmet-Groseclose has been charged with count after driving after cancellation.
•Jesse Taylor Bays, 21, Little Falls — In connection with a Dec. 31, 2015, incident, Bays has been charged with one count of obstructing legal process with force and one count of trespassing – premises of another – refuse to depart.
•Reshan Teare Craig, 26, Royalton — In connection with a Jan. 2 incident, Craig has been charged with one count of obstructing legal process and one count of domestic assault.
