Gross Misdemeanors
•Tera Kay Carlson, 21, Alexandria; (offense: 3/23/15) dismissed against Carlson was one gross misdemeanor count of theft.
•Alecia Kaye McCall, 37, Little Falls; (offense: 8/17/15) obstructing legal process with force, fined $135, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years.
•Anthony Edward James Kestler, 28, Deerwood; (offense: 10/21/15) DWI, fined $1,010, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Kestler was one gross misdemeanor count of third degree DWI.
Misdemeanors
•Steven Duane Wolpert, Sr., 56, Motley; (offense: 7/22/15) DWI – operate snowmobile or ATV under influence of alcohol, fined $535, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Wolpert was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI.
•Eric Alan Eidenschink, 46, Waite Park; (offense: 9/5/15) assault – fifth degree, fined $185, sentenced to four days in jail and supervised probation for one year; domestic assault, fined $200, sentenced to four days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Fine is concurrent with first offense.
•Curtis David John Simmons, 35, Little Falls; (offense: 8/18/15) disorderly conduct, fined $185.
• Nicole Anna Twa, 27, Motley; (offense: 7/6/15) driving after revocation, fined $185.
•Jessica Marie Allen, 30, Little Falls; (offense: 5/12/15) uninsured vehicle, fined $135, sentenced to five days in jail, fine concurrent with other case.
