Ryan James Stache, 25, Little Falls, was convicted Nov. 18 in Morrison County District Court of one felony count of fourth-degree sale of methamphetamine and painkillers.
According to the criminal complaint, in June 2014, law enforcement was contacted by a confidential informant who reported that he or she could purchase a quantity of methamphetamine and possibly painkiller pills from Stache.
An officer authorized the informant to make arrangement to purchase the drugs.
The informant was given buy money and observed traveling to the predetermined location to meet with Stache.
Stache was observed getting into the informant’s vehicle and going for a short drive before being dropped off 10 minutes later.
The informant then met with law enforcement and handed over a small amount of meth and four Percocet pills purchased from Stache.
Law enforcement confirmed that the substance was meth and the pills were a Schedule II controlled substance.
Stache was given a stay of imposition and sentenced to 152 days in jail, with credit for 152 days served, and 15 years of supervised probation.
He was also fined $385.
Stached had one felony count of fifth-degree possession of heroin dismissed as part of a plea bargain.
