The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:
Gross Misdemeanors
•    Luke Joseph Nelson, 37, Wadena (offense: 7/8/15) — driving after cancellation, fined $385 and sentenced to 15 days in jail.
•    Chad Allen Bruns, 29, Pierz (offense: 5/29/14) — driving uninsured vehicle, fined $385 and sentenced to 14 days in jail and supervised probation for one year.
•    Robert Frances Fussy Jr., 60, Foley (offense: 8/29/13) — failure to submit to septic compliance inspection form, fined $135 and sentenced to probation to the court for one year.
•    Lucas Robert Hoheisel, 29, Cushing (offense: 7/17/15) — driving after cancellation, fined $185 and sentenced to 60 days in jail and probation to the court for one year.
Misdemeanors
•    Eddie Ray Ackward, 47, Little Falls (offense: 8/1/15) — domestic assault, fined $135 and sentenced to 39 days in jail and supervised probation for two years.
•    Brock Alexander Anderson, 26, Rice (offense 7/3/15) — theft, taking, using or transferring property without consent, fined $185 and sentenced to probation to the court for one year.
•    David Lee Booth, 23, St. Cloud (offense 9/9/14) — financial transaction card fraud, fined $161.43 and sentenced to nine days in jail and probation to the court for one year.
•    Troy Anthony Langer, 35, Little Falls (offense: 12/26/14) — fifth degree assault and domestic assault, fined $135 and sentenced to two years of supervised probation.
•    Leland Wayne Thompson, 37, Minneapolis (offense: 10/20/15) — tamper with motor vehicle without owner permission, fined $135 and sentenced to one day in jail and probation to the court for one year.
•    Shawn Robert Willhite, 38, Royalton (offense: 6/28/15) — disorderly conduct, fined $285.
