Michael Anthony Woodworth, 56, Minneapolis, is facing rendition to North Dakota over an arrest warrant from Richland County in North Dakota.
The warrant was issued in May, for a felony forgery charge which allegedly took place in February.
Investigators spoke with Woodworth at the Morrison County Jail, July 10, and he allegedly said he had been in the area when the offense allegedly occurred, but was unaware of the warrant and would be returning to North Dakota to deal with the matter.
