Gary Arthur Budde, 57, St. Cloud, has been charged in Morrison County District Court with first and second degree criminal sexual conduct.
The charge stems from an interview between members of the Foley Police Department and a 16 year old.
The victim allegedly told officers Budde sexually abused her several times at a cabin in Morrison County, when she was 7-years-old.
The investigation was turned over to the Morrison County Sheriff’s Department because the alleged incidents took place in Morrison County.
Budde allegedly told investigators he did not engage in sexual intercourse with the victim, but he had been naked with her when she was 10 and engaged in a lewd act.
If convicted of both charges, Budde faces up to 35 years in prison and/or $50,000 in fines.
