Misdemeanors
- Vivian Ruth Demarre, 64, Little Falls (offense: 3/19/17) noxious smoke, fined $135.
- Micheal John Dewitt, 20, Little Falls (offense: 2/7/16) assault in the fifth degree, inflict or attempt bodily harm, fined $185 and sentenced to 30 days.
- Kong Kun Hensley, 53, Little Falls (offense: 11/16/16) fifth degree assault, causing fear or bodily harm or death, fined $135 and sentenced to three days in jail and probation to the court for one year. (Offense: 10/24/16) fifth degree assault, inflict or attempt bodily harm, fined $135 and sentenced to probation to the court for one year.
- Jolene Marie Piekarski, 49, Little Falls (offense 7/23/16) fifth degree assault, inflict or attempt bodily harm, fined $135 and sentenced to three days in jail and one year of supervised probation.
- Christopher Wilson Dean Stone, 24, Browerville (offense: 4/17/17) possess any amount of a synthetic cannabinoid drug, fined $135 and sentenced to two days in jail.
- Joseph Vincent Ellis, 59, Randall (offense: 3/12/16) fourth degree DWI, fined $160 and sentenced to five days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Ellis was a gross misdemeanor count of third degree DWI.
- Joseph John Englehart, 27, Little Falls (offense: 2/14/17) fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle, fined $185 and sentenced to eight days in jail.
- Wayne Allen Kludt, 45, Randall (offense: 7/14/15) driving after revocation, fined $185 and sentenced to 60 days in jail.
- Jade Tiah Davis, 27, Crosslake (offense: 2/10/17) domestic assault, fined $385 and sentenced to four days in jail and two years of supervised probation.
