Felony third degree drug sale and firearm possession charges against Pehmong Chazonkhue, 22, St. Paul, was dismissed in Morrison County District Court Monday.
The charges stem from a Feb. 17 incident when FBI agents allegedly attempted to organize a purchase of two pounds of methamphetamine and a firearm from Chazonkhue and another individual in Motley.
Court documents say representatives from the FBI were not in court to testify.
Because he and his client were ready to proceed, court documents say defense attorney Scott Wonderlich requested the case be dismissed and the court agreed.
