Anthony Larell Davis, 28, Little Falls, has been charged with felony second degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 16.
According to the criminal complaint, on Feb. 28, the Little Falls Police Department received a report that a minor was being sexually abused by Davis.
In an interview on March 1, the victim told investigators and a Morrison County Social Services worker, that Davis allegedly touched her inappropriately over the course of two years.
Davis allegedly had done this when the victim’s mother was sleeping or at work.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim was able to describe specific incidents and when they took place.
Court documents said in a taped statement with law enforcement, Davis denied sexually abusing the victim, and said he would never do such a thing.
Davis was placed under arrest following the statement.
If convicted, Davis faces up to 25 years in prison and/or a $35,000 fine.
