Evan William Anderson, 29, Milaca has been charged with felonies for first degree aggravated robbery, second degree assault with a dangerous weapon, possessing ammo or a firearm as a felon.

In October 2016, Anderson was allegedly involved in an incident with Sharonda Mae Little and Ricardo Medina.

Medina allegedly assaulted someone during an alleged drug deal, while Little allegedly took $600 from them.

Medina and Little drove away, after which Anderson allegedly pointed a gun at the person and told them they were attacked for owing Medina money.

Both Anderson and another man, who has not yet been charged, were at the location of the deal and were arrested.

According to the criminal complaint, methamphetamine, zip-ties, knives and surveillance devices were found at the residence.

Anderson was convicted of felony theft in Cass County in 2016 and of a felony for making terroristic threats in 2007. This makes him ineligible to own a firearm.

If convicted of all felonies, Anderson faces up to 37 years in prison and/or $59,000 in fines.
