Brennan Andrew Brossart, 32, Brainerd, was charged July 22 with being a fugitive from justice, having been charged with a felony in Kentucky.
According to the criminal complaint, a warrant was issued for Brossart’s arrest in Boone County, Ky., Oct. 8, 2014.
On July 21, Brossart was arrested by a Minnesota State Patrol officer in Morrison County and taken into custody. Law enforcement from the Boone County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that they will extradite Brossart.
Brossart allegedly denied knowing about the warrant, but was willing to waive his rights and return to Kentucky.
