Gross Misdemeanors
• Jason Dale Swenson, 37, Little Falls; (offense: 3/28/16) third degree DWI, fined $585, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for four years. Dismissed against Swenson was one gross misdemeanor of DWI.
Misdemeanors
• Anthony Larell Davis, 28, Little Falls; (offense: 5/15/16) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – without consent, fined $185, probation to the court for one year.
• Melanie Ann Quick, 21, St. Cloud; (offense: 5/2/16) trespass – return to property within one year, fined $135.
• Bryce Mark Tschida, 25, Little Falls; (offense: 11/5/15) theft – obtain services – no payment, fined $227.99, sentenced to 19 days in jail and (1/5/16) one count of theft – take/use/transfer movable property – without consent, fined $185, sentenced to 16 days in jail.
• Alice Evon Goodlaxson, 19, Prairie Farm, Wis.; (offense: 7/1/15) crimes against railroad – trespass or allow animals on track yard or bridge, fined $135, sentenced to two days in jail.
• Kelsey Rae Hollermann, 33, Little Falls; (offense: 5/29/16) DWI, fined $310, sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Hollermann was one gross misdemeanor count of DWI.
• Dustin Russell Johnson, 22, Little Falls; (offense: 3/25/16) disorderly conduct, fined $385, sentenced to four days in jail and supervised probation for one year.
• Jaime Rae Leclerc, 23, Pierz; (offense: 2/26/15) failure to submit septic compliance inspection form, fined $135.
• Rahsann Tabias Lett, 39, Little Falls; (offense: 4/12/16) uninsured vehicle, fined $185, probation to the court for one year.
• Diego Mauricio Marin, 21, Woodbury; (offense: 7/01/15) crimes against railroad – trespass or allow animals on track yard or bridge, fined $135, sentenced to two days in jail.
• Dustin Joseph Maurer, 27, Little Falls; (offense: 6/21/16) driving after suspension, fined $185, sentenced to one day in jail.
• Jacobi Ehren Langner, 21, Holdingford; (offense: 5/15/16) DWI – .08 or more, fined $385, supervised probation for two years.
