June 14 — A resident on Lindbergh Drive South reported a scam in which someone claiming to be from the IRS called and said the resident owed $4,500 and wanted the resident’s credit card number.
June 15 — A resident on Tower Road in Upsala reported a scam.
June 15 — Someone stole a wallet from a purse in an unlocked vehicle parked at the owner’s residence on Front Street in Cushing. The wallet contained the owner’s driver’s license, Social Security card and credit cards.
June 15 — Someone stole several items from a garage on 370th Avenue in Hillman.
June 16 — A resident on Fourth Street East in Swanville reported a scam in which the resident received post cards in the mail saying they had won some type of reward.
June 17 — Someone vandalized a vehicle and left it in the middle of the road on 320th Avenue and Highway 27 in Pierz.
June 17 — Someone stole a starter for a vintage Wheel Horse garden tractor, valued at $150, and five Grizzly Extreme 200 CCA batteries, valued at $25 each, from a business on Haven Road in Little Falls.
June 17 — Someone stole fishing tackle and other items, valued at $11,000, from a resident on 100th Avenue in Randall.
June 18 — A resident on Ginger Road in Little Falls reported a scam in which a caller told the resident their grandson was in trouble and the resident needed to contact a lawyer at a phone number. The resident contact their grandson and the grandson was all right.
June 19 — A business on Highway 10 North in Royalton reported a gas drive-off.
June 20 — Someone scratched a vehicle while it was parked at an establishment on Highway 115 in Little Falls.
June 20 — A resident on Marie Lane in Little Falls reported someone had been using their information to open accounts in northern Minnesota cities.
June 21 — A resident on 150th Avenue in Bowlus reported a scam in which someone left a message saying the resident was being sued and needed to respond to the phone number or the resident would be arrested.
June 21 — Someone stole five chain saws — two Stihl 036 model chain saws and three Husqvarna 334 and 270 models — from a residence on Dove Road in Randall.
June 22 — A resident on 17th Avenue in Long Prairie reported a theft.
June 22 — A business on Highway 25 in Pierz reported a theft.
June 22 — A business on Jewel Road and 203rd Street in Little Falls reported a theft. Someone stole an amber strobe light, valued at $200, from the top of a work truck, and a pair of chest waders valued at $100.
June 22 — A resident on 40th Street in Burtrum reported a scam.
June 22 — A resident on Fourth Street in Swanville reported a scam in which someone called stating they were from the Internal Revenue Service and the resident needed to send money.
June 22 — A resident on 20th Street in Bowlus reported a scam in which a caller said the resident needed to pay $40,000 to bail their daughter out.
