Jan. 25 — A business on First Street Southeast reported a taxi customer who failed to pay the fee after getting a ride to St. Cloud.

Jan. 26 — A business on Third Avenue Northeast reported a scam in which someone called to say they needed a ride from a local business, but that the subject wanted the business to transfer money first.

Jan. 27 — A resident on Seventh Street Northeast reported damage done to their property.

Jan. 27 — A resident on 11th Street Southwest reported their vehicle had been stolen.

Jan. 29 — Someone entered a building through an unlocked door at property on 143rd Street. They discharged a fire extinguisher inside the building, broke fluorescent light bulbs, and damaged a chain on a trailer by cutting it. Value of the damaged property is about $100. The suspects also entered a break room and took approximately $43 from a candy machine and ate food out of the refrigerator. Also stolen is a bolt cutter valued at $125 and two-drill bit packs valued at $50.

Jan. 31 — A resident on 11th Street Southwest reported someone had broken into the residence through a window, which the suspect had broken.

Feb. 3 — A resident on 11th Street Northeast reported a scam in which she received mail saying she was preapproved for a loan. The resident called the number listed and the person at the other end read off the resident’s account number and asked the resident to confirm it. The resident hung up on the caller.

Feb. 3 — A resident on West River Road reported someone had dumped several bags of garbage in the compost garbage bin.

Feb. 3 — A resident on Broadway Avenue East reported a forced burglary.

Feb. 3 — A resident on Second Street Southeast reported damage done to the front end of their van.

Feb. 3 — A resident on Sixth Street Northwest reported a theft.

Feb. 3 — A resident on Broadway Avenue East reported a theft from their mail box.

Feb. 4 — A resident on Fifth Avenue Northeast reported a theft.

Feb. 4 — A resident on Meadow View Drive reported a scam in which a person called the resident and requested money to get a relative out of jail.

Feb. 4 — A resident on Lindbergh Drive South reported a scam in which a caller told the resident they were a Publishers Clearing House winner but needed to send money to claim the prizes.

Feb. 7 — A resident on 11th Street Southeast reported someone had stolen a store bag with items they had purchased earlier.

Feb. 7 — A business on Second Street Southeast reported a case of fraud.

Feb. 9 — Someone cut two or three separate locks to trailers and containers parked on Pine Avenue, with work site tools inside.

Feb. 9 — A business on 18th Street Northeast reported theft.
